I hear the same things in every room I train in.
“I know I should be doing more with digital, but I don’t know where to start.”

Most training teaches the tool. People learn the buttons, go back to their desk, and nothing changes.
That’s because the tool was rarely the problem. Confidence was. Habits were. Knowing where to start was.
That’s why I created the Tekunoji® Method.
Why Tekunoji?
Before Apple, before corporate, before Technology Coaching, I spent four years in Japan teaching English to people aged 0 to 80. Without speaking Japanese.
I learned to communicate without a shared language. To read people. To work out how each person learns.
And I saw something I’ve never forgotten. A culture with so many rules was also one of the most creative places on earth. Advanced technology and a deep connection to nature, side by side. Structure and creativity weren’t opposites. They needed each other.
It was never about the technology. It’s how people think about it.
