Four weeks. Live with Sooz and Alba. Your AI compliance, finished.
A live group course that gets your AI policies, tool inventory and training records built, not filed away for later. All six templates included.
You know you need to sort your AI use. You’ve read the articles. Maybe you’ve even downloaded a template or two.
Then real work gets in the way.
A question comes up and there’s no one to ask.
Is this tool high risk?
Does that rule even apply to us?
So the document sits half finished. A week goes by. Then a month.
I see this all the time. Not because business owners don’t care. Because there’s no structure, no support and no deadline pulling them back to finish.
That’s what the Sprint is for.
Four weeks. One part of the Act each week. You work on your own business, live, with us beside you. By the end, it’s done.
Does this sound like you?
- You know the EU AI Act matters, but you keep putting it off
- You started your AI paperwork and stalled when the questions came up
- You're not sure which of your AI tools count as risky
- You want someone to check you're on the right track
If you nodded at any of these, you’re in the right place.
The problem isn't knowing. It's finishing.
Reading about AI compliance is easy. Getting it done on your own is hard. The Sprint gives you a plan, a weekly rhythm and two experts to ask, so you finish what you start.
What you'll be able to do
- Know exactly where the EU AI Act applies to your business
- See every AI tool you use, risk-rated, in one place
- Have an AI Use Policy your team can follow
- Publish a Responsible AI Statement for clients and partners
- Track staff AI training and AI-assisted content, so it stays current
- Feel confident answering when a client or auditor asks how you use AI
Think digital. Work human.
AI should make your business better, not riskier. The Sprint keeps people in charge. You decide which tools to use, how to use them and who checks the work. We help you write that down in a way that works for a small business.
Who it's for
- Small business owners and sole traders using AI
- Team leaders who need clear AI rules for their staff
- Anyone who wants support and accountability, not just templates
You don’t need any AI or compliance knowledge. Sooz and Alba explain what each part means for your business as you go.
How the Sprint works
- Week 1: Applicability. Work out where the EU AI Act applies to you, and the dates that matter. Monday 2 Nov and Friday 6 Nov.
- Week 2: Know What You Have. Log every AI tool in your business and risk-rate each one. Monday 9 Nov and Friday 13 Nov.
- Week 3: Set the Guardrails. Build your AI Use Policy and Responsible AI Statement. Monday 16 Nov and Friday 20 Nov.
- Week 4: Make It Stick. Set up your training and content trackers so it all stays current. Monday 23 Nov and Friday 27 Nov.
Mondays, 10:30am to 12pm: a live 90-minute session where we work through that week’s topic together.
During the week: you put it into practice on your own business.
Fridays, 10:30 to 11am: a live 30-minute Q&A to ask questions and check your progress.
All sessions run online. Camera on or off, it’s up to you. Every session is recorded and added to your course, so you can catch up if you miss one.
Your six templates, included
You get all six templates the moment you join. Each week, you fill in the ones that match the session.

AI Use Policy (internal)
A plain-English policy your team can actually follow.

Responsible AI Statement (external)
A public statement for your website and clients.

AI Tool Inventory and Risk Level Finder Template
Log every tool and find its EU AI Act risk level.

AI Content Attribution Tracker.
Track where AI was involved in your content, and who signed it off.

Glossary and Key Dates (EU AI Act)
The terms and deadlines that apply to you, out of legal language.

EU AI Act Training Tracker
Log staff AI literacy training against Article 4, with renewal dates.
The AI Use Policy and Responsible AI Statement are Word documents. The other four are spreadsheets. Everything is fully editable.
Everything lives in one course in The Lab: your templates, the session recordings and the lessons. You keep access after the Sprint ends.
This course is part of the AI and Automation pillar of the Tekunoji® Method, our framework for building confident digital skills in business.
Who's leading the Sprint
Hi, I’m Sooz Young, founder of Technology Coaching.
I’ve spent over 15 years helping people use technology with confidence, and I’ve trained over 6,000 people in AI and digital skills since 2019. I’ve seen where people get stuck with AI, and I know how to get them moving again.
I run the Sprint with Alba Sort, founder of The AI Distillery. Alba is a certified AI Governance Professional (IAPP AIGP) with expertise in the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001.
I make it practical. Alba makes sure it’s right. Between sessions, you can ask us both directly in the community.
